Yaaaasss!
One of the Christmas presents that I got this year is something that I’ve wanted for well over a decade….a spinning wheel! Dan went above and beyond and got me an Ashford! In order to get a feel for the wheel as well as various fibers, I decided to break out the many samples that I’ve collected... I am amazed at how much more simple spinning is on a wheel rather than a drop spindle. That’s not to say that there isn't a learning curve. The quality of my wheel spinning doesn’t yet match that of the drop spindle…but I’ll get there!
